Getting started with a new hobby

It’s not unusual that every year I pick a new hobby to start. This year wasn’t different. This time I picked Photography as a hobby to develop.

I’ve been taking photos for a while now, mostly with my phone and with an old camera I had. All these were mostly holiday snaps or general shots taken while on the streets.

However, I’d like know to develop this idea further and learn more about photography from a more professional angle.

I’m just starting, and I understand that the journey will be long. That’s a good sign for me, as most of the hobbies that stuck with me for longer were in general about topics with a long learning curve and that would exercise some sort of creative aspect in my brain.

Without overthinking too much, I took this opportunity to also re-do my website with a focus on photography and also will slowly change my social network presence towards this subject. Perhaps this could become a profession in the future? Who knows!

I’ll be publishing some of the photos taken here on the website and also on my social media, and maybe I will take a leap and also do some YouTube (not sure about it), but lets see.
