The booking is individual. If you are booking for a group, choose the correct quantity in the “quantify” field above.
By booking, you agree with the terms and conditions of the service. Please read it before booking.
In case of unavailability of the booking date, the payment will be refunded 100% to you.
Terms and Conditions of the Service
The session will start at 9am sharp. In case of late arrivals, no refund will be provided. It is your responsibility to be on time at the tour’s start location.
In case you want to use one of the cameras provided by us, a value of 50 EUR in cash is mandatory at the beginning of the session. In case the camera is returned in the same conditions, the value of 50 EUR is returned fully.
In case of a permanent damage on the camera provided, you have to pay an extra charge of 300 EUR to be paid at the location of the session.
No additional people can be added to the group with our prior booking. Only the amount of people indicated in the booking will be able to participate.
Weather conditions may vary and are uncontrollable. In case of bad weather (cloudy sky, light snow, or cold temperatures in the morning) the session will still happen and no refund will be provided. In case of rain or heavy snow the session will be cancelled and one of the refund options can be selected.
Refund options:
No refunds will be provided in case of no-show;
In case the booked date is not available anymore or is full, 100% of the paid price will be refunded.
In case of bad weather:
90% of the paid price in case the session is cancelled due to bad weather.
In case of unforeseen circumstances:
By us: 100% of the price will be refunded;
By you: 80% of the price will be refunded;
Delivery of the images
The images will be delivered up to 48h after the session in high-resolution JPEG format accessible on-line for 30 days.
After 30 days of access, the images will be permanently deleted.
Content of the mini-course and delivery format
The mini-course will be delivered on-site, verbally during the session, and consists of:
Camera’s basic operations;
Basic photography concepts;
Exposure triangle theory and practice;
Proper exposure: Understand your camera’s histogram.
